I was supremely stupid tonight with my camera settings. I forgot to up my ISO with the low light. SO my shutter speed was way to slow for the moving floats. I knew the SS was slow but I figured it was nighttime so it was normal. I didn't think I would get good pictures. I was really disappointed when I realized the ISO has been at 100 all night. Even this picture was blurry. I need to pay attention.
